National Animal Welfare Conference hears about solution for feral dog packs.

Packs of stray dogs, it seems, have become a problem in some First Nations communities. So the Ermineskin Cree Nation in Alberta has tried to do something about it. 

Their solution, participants at the conference were told, was so successful, it might be useful in other communities across the country.
